We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Clinical Effectiveness to lead the development and execution of analytics, population health outreach and reporting capabilities that enhance health outcomes of our members. This individual will serve as the single-threaded owner of this roadmap, partnering closely with the Quality and Clinical Program owners within Clinical Effectiveness (e.g. Impact, Cognitive Health, Clinical Design Lab). Reporting to Senior Quality Leaders, the TPM will play a pivotal role in advancing efficient and effective quality reporting to our health system partners and governing bodies. The TPM will also provide data support to different population health management projects in order to identify opportunities and develop strategies to keep our members healthier.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, 3P Population Health tool and Product teams to curate proof points and meet stakeholders expectations. Additionally, this individual will act as the resident expert on clinical quality data across the organization.

Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with One Medical’s Product team to develop features and data pipelines that align with stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with 3P Pop Health platform to create efficient and effective population health management modules
- Represent Clinical Effectiveness and engage with data teams and business teams to enhance One Medical’s value proposition.
- In partnership with Clinical Tech Advisors, implement innovative ways to capture, analyze and report members health status to design appropriate intervention for specific population
- Implement reliable processes to strategically reproduce data reports and dashboards to eliminate manual repetitive work
- Manage inter-related programs and projects that support ongoing Clinical Effectiveness goals.
- Own and solve problems by creating cohesion across teams, organizations, and regions.
- Utilize project management, analytical, and process optimization skills to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Develop and prioritize product/feature roadmaps, incorporating clinical, compliance, legal, quality and accessibility requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to influence technology choices and architecture trade-offs.
- Participate in product/feature build process, clear project blockers as needed.
- Utilize data insights (e.g., unnecessary imaging, generic drug prescribing, ER visits) to inform strategic programmatic directions and cost saving strategies.
- Support clinical operations and population health objectives

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Strong systems thinking ability with experience in performance improvement methodologies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
